Scheduled appointments for my friend and myself to get pedicures. They finished hers before mine even started, so the water they put me in when I got there was cold. We asked for deluxe pedicures, they gave her one. However, when it was my turn the store started getting a lot of walk ins and they started rushing my pedicure along. It definitely wasn’t a deluxe like I asked for and they rushed the polish so much that only a few hours later it looks like it’s chipping.

I asked how long the wait would be. I was told no long. I was going to a grad party and needed a pedicure and manicure. I ended up being put in chair with my feet soaking for 45 minutes. Critical: ProfessionalismI came and got my nails done here and my toes, I paid 105 for them to get done. The guy asked me if I wanted my acrylic thin or thick, I said not to thin but thin. He made them thin next to the cuticle but thick on the tip, so they looked funny when I left but I had work I couldn’t fix them at the time. I called up here the next day, he said he could fix them I drove 30 mins for him to tell me I have to pay more money to have them fixed because they have shellac on them. I’m sorry but very unprofessional. They should be fixed for free. I came and got my nails done here and my toes, I paid 105 for them to get done. The guy asked me if I wanted my acrylic thin or thick, I said not to thin but thin. It was ok really. The pedicure was great; my feet felt so soft after. However, the reason for this 3 star review is because of the manicure. I requested for a matte shellac. However, the polish wasn’t applied smoothly, and I’m pretty sure I could’ve had a friend do a better job. Plus, my nails aren’t even matte.

By far the worst mani pedi I have ever gotten! I asked for shellac on both… only got it on my fingers. The girk who did my nails cut me 3 times with a buffing file and clipped the skin around my nails until they bled! My nails were supposed to be square and they are all very noticeably crooked. The day after I got them done, my toenail polish looked like shattered glass and is just flaking off. I explained my disappointment at the register and the guy offered to fix it, but I didn’t have time, nor did I want then to just be made worse. He said “then it is what it is” and refused to let me speak to his boss. $60 down the drain.

Overpriced, will lie and say they did exactly what you asked even though you’re standing right there telling them this isn’t what you asked for. Example of this would be my 15 year-old wanted to get gel nails with a light lilac / grey tip, when her nails were finished not only were they not gel but acrylic the entire nail with a deep gray almost black and looked at atrocious. Along with this they’ve been argued about it the nails weren’t finished the paint was not on either of the sides of the nails. The next day two to three of the nails fell off. When we came back they gave us an issue until I said they had lost a customer then they fixed it. Along with this they charged me $5 for some polka dots they put on my four-year-old at the time toenails oh, they did not ask me if she could get said polka dots, but instead asked her and of course her being four years old she said yes. I paid for them and tip them but we’ll never be back

Can’t tip on the credit card. There are signs that say it’s frowned on to do so but not that you CAN’T at all. And if you don’t tip well they do a crappy job finishing your nails. Any experienced customer to nail salons knows you pay before you paint so your service depends on that tip.
