Iris Nails did a great job on my pedicure. I called for an appointment on a Sunday and they were able to accommodate me. When I arrived, I was brought to a chair immediately. I was informed about the pricing for my selections. The staff was friendly and the environment was clean. I have sensitive skin and the products did not bother my skin. The staff was very gentle and my cuticles did not bleed which often happens to me. I was there for about an hour in total. The color and paint came out fantastic. The payment is Venmo so it is contactless, which is nice. I will definitely be back 🙂

Had an appointment for an event. They waited until after they started the nails to say they’re overbooked and can only do one color, no design, no French, and couldn’t do my pedicure! But for me to “come back” so they didn’t accommodate my appointment. Since I couldn’t get the basic style I went to get she suggested stones. I clearly saw they weren’t glued and brought it to her attention. Sure enough as soon as I left the stone came off. I had to reglue it with nail glue to get through my event. Then the next day the nails lifted!!! Absolutely unprofessional and they beyond rushed it. They do not know how to book. Even as I sat there they continued to tell people to come in!!!! After they just said they couldn’t do th pedicure I had scheduled for a week!!!

Very rushed despite having an appointment. She stopped constantly to answer the phone during my appointment and stopped to wax someone. Gel manicure only lasted 3 days before it started chipping. So I soaked it off myself at home. Waste of money and time! Pedicure was painful! I finally told the tech to STOP and just put the polish on so I could leave! Got home and soaked my cut big toe in peroxide praying it won’t get infected. I had been using this salon since they reopened after COVID. But they’ve gone DOWNHILL and I’ll never go back.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!!! i gave this salon 3 chances my worst mistake… ,they are completely unprofessional the lady that did my nails/owner of the spa looked like she had no clue what she was doing and my nails always turned out looking disgusting.My nail just fell off and guess what i saw!! i now have a fungal infection on many finger nails because of how disgusting and unprofessional this place is so thank you very much iris nail WILL NOT BE COMING BACK AND I RECOMMEND YOU DONT UNLESS U WANT A FUNGAL INFECTION

I tried this place for a second time, hoping it would be better than the first and unfortunately it wasn’t. It’s a nice place and appears clean, but their nail polish selection was just okay. The first time I visited I got a regular pedicure and gel manicure. The pedicure was fine, but the gel manicure was subpar – it didn’t last more than a week and was rushed. The second time I went was for a simple pedicure, nothing extra. I had an appointment scheduled for first-thing in the morning when they opened and I arrived to 4 other people waiting in front of me, all getting pedicures as well. They had clearly overbooked, but took us all over at the same time any way. They had enough chairs, but one of the other girls had to wait 15min before anyone helped her. The technician doing my pedicure stepped away 3/4 of the way through, just to assist the other customer waiting, and the owner sat down to finish my pedicure (she had to go back and fix what the other technician had done too). Paying was strange – no one helped, it was just a given that you had to use venmo, scan the code, and that was it. I stood there waiting for someone to tell me if my payment was received before I left. While it’s close to home, I unfortunately won’t be back. I’d rather drive a bit further for a better and more welcoming experience.

My wife has been going here every 2 weeks for her nails. The service is always hit or miss with it missing much more now than before. I cannot believe how much these women hate and ignore their customers. The lack of care is unbelievable. Nail polish left on my wife’s finger for the lady to file it off? Her nails are all cut to different lengths, and there is nail polish all around the nails on the skin. She has come home with some work that has wowed me but today, it is disgusting. These women seem to be content sitting around and talking than working on their customers. The how process has also changed. The level of care and detail that went into the work is no longer there. The pedicure no longer deals with feet anymore which is stated no where in the shop. If you are not going to provide the services that are related to a pedicure, you need to rename it an no longer offer it. My wife will be going elsewhere. Hopefully this recession weeds out the terrible employees and salons that are offering this low of quality service.

Been going to this salon after moving to town and trying a couple more. They do a great job with pedis, waxing and manicures(I’ve tried gel and sns). Not going anywhere else!! Clean, friendly environment and the music selection is very relaxing.

Mind you I paid $65 and $20 tip for this and after 1 day it started chipping on both hands and even broke a nail on my pointer finger.
