She’s new Glo Spa so I was a bit concerned, she called me on a return call and made sure I was brewing taken care of even before I came in. I recently went in and saw Sharon, the results of her work were fantastic. She’s new Glo Spa so I was a bit concerned, she called me on a return call and made sure I was brewing taken care of even before I came in. During my visit she was calm, professional, and a class act. She knew her stuff, and knows how to bring out your best features. She’s a wealth of experience. I was impressed. Worth every penny!

I scheduled an appointment for a tattoo removal and stated I wanted treatment at the same time as the consultation because I live an hour from their facility and would like to consolidate trips. They said this would not be a problem and scheduled me. I got a call on the day of my appointment saying they needed to reschedule me because the woman who does the treatments was injured, and they rescheduled me for two weeks out. I have two young children so my husband took time off from work to watch them for both of my appointments. I drove an HOUR to get to their facility, I arrive and they have no record of my appointment they initially say, and then they say they do see I had been rescheduled but can’t treat me because they don’t have the time to do it because they booked someone else at that same time for a laser treatment. They didn’t offer to amend the mistake. They said the best they could do was just the consultation and I would need to be rescheduled for the actual treatment. Not personally how I would treat a client when it was my mistake to begin with. I will not be back.
