Iwent there at 4 :30 and no one was working no customers and they asked me if I had an appointment. I said no and they said they cant cut my hair since they close at 5:00. I was like what the hell. No one is here and there is two workers sitting. Im a man and my hair cut takes about 10 minutes to do. I went there a second time and it was about 3 pm and they got me in. My hair cut was done very good. So they seem to have good hair stylist s but the way they run it to be efficient sucks. 4 stars for quality two for management
