I made an appointment for 5PM. I left around 7:30PM for a detailed holiday manicure and French tip pedicure. I would recommend this place for people who would like a place to regularly come to for less detailed nails. They care about not leaving gunk under your nails and continually assuring that you like the shape of your nails. Don’t be afraid to speak up. Although I only made an appointment for an acrylic full set, I had the time and was willing to do a pedicure but I don’t recommend doing more than what you made an appointment for here. They didn’t seem busy but it felt like an inconvenience if you know what I mean. My pedicure and pinky nail design that my technician came up with are my favorite part of the whole thing. Fine lines were a struggle to create here. I wish my nail technician used tape to create the lines. Other than that solid 8/10. They offered me drinks, more service and even gave me a gift of lotion on my way out since it is closer to Christmas. The place was decked out in Christmas stuff.

Nice atmosphere but the two male nail techs my friend and I had were horrible. Rough and painful despite noticing sensitive spots. Made my one friend bleed. Took forever. Charged more than other places. Plus a $1.50 charge to pay with card?! Horrible experience. Never going back.

Helen and the staff are super friendly and they do amazing jobs. They are family oriented and my kids love going too. Helen has a fantastic ability for nail art and so do the other nail techs. WILL NOT RETURN AND NO LONGER REFER! Booked online for a pedicure and treated my children to manicure/pedicures (listed for $35). When we arrived, I told them we had an appointment. They asked about regular polish or gel for the girls, saying gel would hold up better. So, we did gel. One of the ladies there pointed to one of my children and said $35 for her. I agreed because that’s what we had booked. In the end, I was charged $75 for EACH child (not including tip). 24 hours later, nails are chipped and peeling.
