Coastal medical Aesthetics is such a cute little place in the heart of Encinitas! I’m a virgin in the Aesthetics world and was super nervous to ever get anything done! But I finally made the plunge and got some lip filler from nurse Liv!! She was amazing and so was Rissa! They answered all of my questions and made the process so smooth and easy and definitely eased all my anxiety I had about filler! Liv is an ARTIST and I would recommend her to anyone! I cannot say enough good things about my experiences with Nurse Mary at Coastal Medical! She is a true professional who knows the products and procedures inside out. She has done a fantastic job with my botox/dysport injections, and under eye fillers. She is gentle with all injections and procedures, always making me feel comfortable. She recommended I try facial laser genesis treatments due to my acne and sun damage, where they gently ZAPPED all of the congestion from my pores and made my complexion radiant! With Nurse Mary, the procedure only took 15-20 minutes! I plan to keep coming back for more!

I have only visited this Medical Spa twice, and both times were exceptionally great. The customer service is amazing, everyone is super nice and friendly! I got a facial treatment from their esthetician Arianna both times, and she is incredibly kind, welcoming, gentle, and her work area is very clean and relaxing. My skin felt so much smoother and clearer immediately after both treatments and just in general. I will definitely be scheduling more appointments with Coastal Medical Aesthetics!

I am sooo happy I found coastal medical spa. They literally are a one stop shop for all cosmetic needs plus more. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable when I called and made me feel comfortable when I arrived. It can always be so nerve wracking doing any type of injection for me but I finally found a place I will continue to return too. I’m looking forward to doing my next IPL with coastal med.

Do NOT go here for “laser” treatments. They are fraudulently saying they offer laser hair removal services when it’s just IPL. Not real laser. They even admitted they’re using “older technology” which is a nice way of saying “outdated.” After 8 sessions I still have full hair growth because their methods are inconsistent and they don’t cover the same areas evenly each session. They tried charging me over $4200 for my treatments – now I realize I can get ACTUAL laser treatment for less than half of that at a better facility. Waste of time and money. The staff was very polite but I have scars left over from some of my treatments. If you care about your skin go somewhere else.
