Purchased a Groupon for a 3 pack Microdermabrasion at Allure in Emerson NJ. Appointment was fine and told the owner that I would have to call back to schedule my other 2 appointments. I tried for 2 weeks and left messages and no on ever called me back. Then I call the number again and it’s disconnected. I really give it No stars. Horrible business owner since that’s how you treat people using Groupon.

Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I had an appointment scheduled and they claimed that they texted me a confirmation and since I never replied, they just canceled my appointment. Btw – the text never said if I don’t reply they would cancel my appointment. To make matters worse, the woman was unbelievably rude essentially dismissed me. There are better run places- take your business elsewhere.
