Every time I’ve come it’s always been an incredible price as well as service! I’ve always gotten acrylics and never had a problem, if you do they will resolve it with no fuss. The people that run the salon are extremely reasonable and respectful! I look forward to going there every time I need to get my nails done,(aka tomorrow!!) they are also very easy to book an appointment with, just call and you will get one either the day of or after! I’ve been coming here for years!! With the new owner it’s even better!! Every time I’ve come it’s always been an incredible price as well as service! I’ve always gotten acrylics and never had a problem, if you do they will resolve it with no fuss. The people that run the salon are extremely reasonable and respectful! I look forward to going there every time I need to get my nails done,(aka tomorrow!!) they are also very easy to book an appointment with, just call and you will get one either the day of or after! I just love this nail salon. :))

Went in for a quick broken nail, had my nails filled elsewhere 2 days ago, wanted someone to fix the broken nail and perhaps just get a color change, saw they weren’t busy. The older gentleman took care of my service. Fixed my broken nail, however toook forever for the acrylic to dry. Didn’t make the nail look like the rest. It’s extremely thin. Feels like the nail might break again. Also feels like the acrylic still isn’t fully set. Changed my color and was charged a whole $30 for a broken nail and color change. I was happy to pay that if the nail didn’t look the way it did. Now I’m reconsidering ever going back for not only the price but for the unnatural looking nail. Nice people though, convenient cause I live across the street, it’s unfortunate.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueSo I was planning to get my nails done on Monday because on the website they said they were closed Sunday but I saw that it was opened so I walked in and thankfully, there was no one else so I could straight away walk in and get my nails done. So I wanted a nice coffin shape acrylic nail set and they look nothing like the picture. And one of my thumb acrylics are literally slanted. When you walk in the uv lamps are so old and it just looks dirty. He didn’t even ask me how long I wanted my nails and he cut them shorter than I wanted and I felt bad to say anything so I just stayed quiet. They hurt me multiple times. Oh, and don’t even bother making an appointment. There was a bunch of people who walked in and the guy told them to leave cause they were busy. And there were only 2 people working there… and the guy said “I called them into work and they didn’t come” Okay?? So why aren’t you firing them and hiring new employees? Then he literally ignored a phone call from the shops phone which was most likely someone trying to make an appointment. Lastly this lady walked in and said her appointment was at 4. And the guy said they couldn’t take her cause it was too busy. So the poor lady sat there for an extra 30 minutes just to do her nails. If your gonna run a company then make sure you have you scheduling right! Then my nails ended up being $60. I went first time to Natural Nails. I was pleasantly surprised with their service. They did a great job on my schelac manicure and their pedicure was the best. The employees are very kind , friendly and are doing a great job . To top it off they are the best priced place around. I highly recommend them. They are a gem.

I was really shocked there this time. Some of the staff members are new. This wasn’t my first visit, but this visit was very bad. The lady in charge for that place was very rude and mad at me because I said the color the guy was about to start putting on my nails doesn’t look like the color on the sample nail. She had a really bad attitude. She was doing another lady’s nails. The lady whose nails were getting done tried to help and was very nice, imagine another customer tries to solve your problem. The guy who was doing my nails was nice, but my nails looked very thick and horrible. I said thank you and left. I wasn’t happy at all because I spent time $23 plus a tip for my nails to look horrible. I went home very sad. Besides the table wasn’t clean at all.

I went to get a full set and by the time i got home my polish was bubbled leading me to go back the following day to get that fixed then literally 3 days after that the corner of two of my nails totally chipped off and a few days after that 2 more nails chipped. I went to get a full set and by the time i got home my polish was bubbled leading me to go back the following day to get that fixed then literally 3 days after that the corner of two of my nails totally chipped off and a few days after that 2 more nails chipped. I barely want to give this salon 1 whole star after my experience today. I literally just left from the worst pedicure ever..in tears…I’m 9 months pregnant and all I wanted was a nice predicure but instead I got a rushed one. The tech that did my toes was so incredibly unprofessional too. She was on her phone the WHOLE TIME! She yanked on the side of my big toes instead of clipping the skin. My one toe started to bleed and still hurts. She put something on it but the risk of infection is still there. She even did someone’s eyebrows while on the phone. It just really bummed me out. I didnt have that kind of experience in the past and now I’m probably going to shell more money out to get them redone somewhere else nor will I ever be back. I

The nail lady DOES NOT CARE ABOUT HER CUSTOMERS! I walked in and asked for shellac and she was on a phone call while she was doing my nails! And to make matters worse, she made my fingers bleed TWICE! She didn’t even apologize, she just said “your skin is so sensitive.” My thumb was shaking I was in pain, and to show what an uncaring person she is she continued to squeeze my bleeding thumb. Never coming here again, wouldn’t wish this customer service even to my worse enemy.

Saw on Google that they close at 730pm on Saturday, so my friend and I went to the salon at 545p and the lights were on and the door was unlocked so we walked in and the lady that was there told us that they were closed. While we were leaving the parking lot i checked to make sure I read their closing time correctly. We ended up calling their phone number, because I was right, it did say 730p. The answering machine says they close at 7p on Saturday. Was absolutely dissatisfied with this entire experience.
