I went to this place for a balayage hair color and a cut and was nervous at first because it’s easy to mess up. But this place is amazing!! They did such a great job on my hair and I don’t know why they don’t have more reviews. I showed the pictures of what I liked and I didn’t need to micromanage anything. They really knew their hair color techniques well. I’m more than satisfied with the outcome and their prices were very reasonable especially considering the quality of services. My hairstylist was very quick, but thorough. The pictures speak for themselves.

Critical: Professionalism, ValueI bought a voucher from Groupon that cost me $124 with discount for Japanese straightening. When I drove there 30 mins from my home the stylist said my hair can’t be straightened with Japanese hair straightening and she want me to have keratin treatment instead. Keratin is $290. I am just disappointed how voucher is VERYYY misleading. I bought a voucher from Groupon that cost me $124 with discount for Japanese straightening. When I drove there 30 mins from my home the stylist said my hair can’t be straightened with Japanese hair straightening and she want me to have keratin treatment instead. Keratin is $290. I never write reviews but I can’t forget how this was the worst decision I ever made. It has been more than 2 years and I still haven’t recovered from the damage this place done to my hair. I got my hair highlighted from this place in 2017. After they washed it, It was so tangled it took them more than 30 mins to detangle it ( I have wavy hair) she even suggested to cut off some of my hair as they weren’t able to detangle it. I don’t know what they put in my hair to make it so brittle and easily tangled. She said she wasn’t used to working with long hair (but my hair are not even long it’s more mid length)

Beware! Notice to the population. I feel cheated by this spa. I did a Japanese straightening in this spa, however, I realized after the first wash that my hair became spongy and very curly again. my life I have done the keratin treatment and the Japanese straightening elsewhere and I really know the result and the duration.However, this spa sells us cat hare.The Japanese straightening offered is not, maybe the procedure be, but the product is not, because the result is really null. I recommend that you pay more in a place that is really serious. I called to complain and they told me that I had to buy a product to keep it (they did not tell me anything just by phone when I claim them). They also told me that I should dry it with a dryer to that can be maintained. BUT True Japanese straightening does not require a dryer without embarking on the keratin treatment itself. Do not be fooled !!!!

I went to get a color correction. Not any easy fix by any means. My hair was 3 different shades of blonde with a clear line of demarcation. I went to this saloon after seeing a REALLY good deal on groupon but it wasn’t exactly the same process. When I called and described what I wanted she agreed to honor the groupon price (SCORE). They use high quality products olaplex and all. I was really impressed by how quickly and meticulously she worked. I was in bleached from a level 7 to 10 in 2 hours and she spent extra care to tone it a silver violet since I was trying to achieve a metallic lavender shade. She created the perfect base for my unicorn hair dreams and I’ve been bragging about her to my friend’s ever since. I am definitely coming back for a root blend and trim soon. I 100% recommend this place!

I’ve been here twice and am happy with the blonde I received! Takes time, money and maintenance but worth it!Make sure you part your hair correctly- I should have had my hair parted more naturally how I normally do and wish I did when I got my hair colored.

DO NOT GO HERE! I got a groupon add that they were advertising.. When I went to call the number that gets emailed to you it has a voicemail saying this number is getting disconnected and to call a different number. When I called the second number it was a guys voice with no name of the business and just says leave a message. I then looked the salons name up online and got a hold of a female. She was so rude to me and told me they were booked out for months.. If you are advertising and then the voucher is only good till July but yet your booked out why in the world would you advertise and then have it expire before I can even get in! The woman was so rude I asked to speak to the owner. She said he doesn’t have time and then hung up on me. I just requested my money back from groupon but I will never go here! Talk about terrible customer service.

Loved the experience. They know how to do a balayage very well and make sure the customer is satisifed with the experience. They re-dyed my daughter’s hair three times until she was comfortable with it for no extra charge. They clearly know what they are doing and the music selection is also very good. Definitely would recommend.

Had groupon for balyage and had Caitlyn as stylist. Nice lady and I’m sure she tried but language barrier resulted in me not getting what I wanted. I tried to tell her what I had wanted before and even showed pictures but results were almost same as when I walked In….she got defensive when I said I wasnt going to pay like I said it just to not pay the $30 extra but I said that was not the point that I wanted blonde streaks with the balyage so she said you dont pay extra just redeem groupon and leave I was still going to tip her for her time until she said to leave….anyway I wont refer or go back….
