I came here at the recommendation of a co-worker, and I was immediately impressed by the cleanliness of the salon as a whole and the friendliness of the staff. Jack did my nails with gel polish, and I noticed after a day or two the polish was lifting from my nails around the cuticles and starting to look rough. I called and spoke with Jack, who said he would fix them if I came by. I went in after work and he had them looking better than they did originally within just a few minutes’ time. This salon knows what it means to supply excellent customer service! I came here at the recommendation of a co-worker, and I was immediately impressed by the cleanliness of the salon as a whole and the friendliness of the staff. Jack did my nails with gel polish, and I noticed after a day or two the polish was lifting from my nails around the cuticles and starting to look rough. The salon has such a relaxing atmosphere and is esthetically pleasing – I feel calm from the moment I walk in. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The pedicures are the BEST! The standard pedicure is above par, but I usually pay $10 more for the honey scrub pedi, which includes more treatments and a longer massage (including sugar scrub, cooling gel, lotion, and oil with hot stones). This is my favorite nail salon in Birmingham! The salon has such a relaxing atmosphere and is esthetically pleasing – I feel calm from the moment I walk in. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The pedicures are the BEST! Their basic, standard pedicure is better than other salon’s upgraded pedicures. They take their time on every customer and never rush through. Hands down the best salon and pedicure in town!
