This place came to me highly recommended by a friend. My issue is with follow up. I went for a PRP treatment and was in considerable pain (not the Spa’s fault, this could happen to anyone). No post procedure do’s and don’ts. Given how much pain I was in not a single follow up call to see if I was OK. and of course no second appointment scheduling call–they must have thought with so much pain I won’t come back. I went to see Dr. Chang because my neck is thin and my skin was getting very crepey. I really didn’t want anything surgical and Dr. Chang recommended injecting very diluted radiesse. When he started the procedure, I had to ask him if he had stuck me because it was so completely painless. It only took about 15 minutes. Dr. Chang is always very accommodating of scheduling requests and is pleasant and engaging at every visit. He does such a nice job- he has a good eye for exactly what procedure will give you the most improvement in your face and always starts conservatively. I have sent quite a few friends to him and they have all been very happy as well. I definitely recommend Dr Chang and am very happy to have had this procedure.
