Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityMade an appointment for 11am, the owner told me to come in at 10am because it would be better for both of us. Mind you I live an hour away. I get there at 10:05 and the doors are locked, no ones answering the phone. I came here two other times before. The first time, my hair was started 30 mins after my appointment, they were unprofessional, the person doing my hair talked on the phone half of the time and they overcharged me, but it came out okay so i didn’t complain. The second time i went there the woman that did my hair was very sweet, and took care of my hair. Made an appointment for 11am, the owner told me to come in at 10am because it would be better for both of us. Mind you I live an hour away. I get there at 10:05 and the doors are locked, no ones answering the phone. I came here two other times before. Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityCalled 96 hrs in advance to inquire about an appointment. I repeated the appointment date and time to confirm. Showed up alil eary before the time agreed on, only to be told I hadn’t been booked. They appeared agitated etc, I’d driven 3 hrs from upstate on my day off of work. As I’m explaining what had happened, some lady was yelling and over talking. The other lady complained that her hand hurt. I then said okay I’ll do a style that takes less time then. Then she says she has to make a run. I remind them of the time, and they say well you’re early…mind you, its 4 minutes before my appointment time. So she says she can’t do my hair because we won’t get along. You attempted to make it seem as though your customer is wrong when YOU didn’t write the appointment in the book. Rather than apologize for their f up and attempt to accommodate a potential future customer who has a tribe of nurses who would come spend their hard earned money in their dirty facility, they insult me. Called 96 hrs in advance to inquire about an appointment. I repeated the appointment date and time to confirm. Showed up alil eary before the time agreed on, only to be told I hadn’t been booked. They appeared agitated etc, I’d driven 3 hrs from upstate on my day off of work. As I’m explaining what had happened, some lady was yelling and over talking.
