I have been going to Shannon for 12+ years. Good at her job, pleasant personality, professional in every way. Has a large clientele. Be certain of your time and book ahead. I only cancelled one time, and it was shortly after I scheduled. She had plenty of time to fill that slot with another person. She has NEVER had to re-schedule an appointment which is remarkable in 50+ visits. Facility is clean and modern.

This is a magical place. My husband surprised me with a Valentines Day bundle for the both of us. We got wine, strawberries and chocolates and a 30 minute session in the sauna before our hour couples massage. Truly a transformative experience. Can not recommend enough. I wish I could visit every week!

This is my favorite spa in Wilmington, and not just because it has Wilmington’s #1 Massage Therapist, Mary Beth Redman, as voted by the people, but because of the ambience and services offered. I have recommended high end clients who go to spas around the world, and they say Mary Beth at Willow Retreat is the best they’ve ever had. Half the cast of Swamp Thing and Halloween Kills went to her while filming on location. They give the best facials too, and the personal sauna room is EVERYTHING. Truly a hidden gem within walking distance to historic downtown Wilmington.
