I went into this salon with an extremely bad hair matte situation (of my own doing, unfortunately) and Norma worked tirelessly to save my hair- but even when it was clear that we had to cut it, she saved as much as possible, and gave me an amazingly cute cut! I moved to the panhandle area in September and needed a hairdresser. I went once to Vuja De Designer Cuts and went to Mimi for a color and it was alright. Then on my second appointment I went for a smoother and a cut. She burnt my hair and thinned out my hair far more than she should have. I was in that salon for 6 hours just for her to damage my hair and not cut my hair the way I wanted it. She had to cut my hair very short in order to get ride of all the burnt hair.
