I got a massage here recently and overall the experience was ridiculous. I could hardly understand the masseuse and she could hardly understand me. When I came in, she made me pay upfront. There was a $5.00 convenience fee because I payed with a card. The massage was decent, but after, I offered her a $10.00 tip and she urged me to tip her $20.00. Then I offered to meet her at $15.00 and she still wouldn’t accept it. I can be somewhat of a pushover, so unfortunately, I gave in and tipped her $20.00 on top of a second $5.00 convenience fee. So I payed $80.00 for a 30-minute massage!!! Absolutely absurd. I will never come to Vivian Spa again and I urge others to look elsewhere as well…

I came through Flagstaff for a work trip and was looking forward to a nice massage. However, when I scheduled my appointment the night before they didn’t sound like a business. Also when I arrived the next day for my appointment, they didn’t even have me listed. She made me pay up front and them asked me for a $20 tip before I even got the message. I took my money and left instead. I strongly discourage anyone from booking here. Unprofessional and rude. Also the woman was coughing and spitting into the garbage while talking to me. It was disgusting

If I could give them zero stars I would. Their advertised prices are lower than what they charge once you get there. The massages were mediocre at best and the owner argued with us and tried to block our exit when we GENEROUSLY left a 15% tip demanding that we leave a minimum of 20% this after we had already been charged more than advertised price and received sub par service! No winner they had no customers. Go somewhere else!

This place was ridiculous, do not look at the reviews because according to the people there, there is new management. I went last night with my wife after making an appointment via phone call. Website says it’s $60 for 60min, well when we arrived they said it was $70 for 60min so I showed them the website and asked why, there response was old website and manager and that it’s now $70. I looked at my wife and said whatever we got a babysitter and we need a massage so I said fine but you should update your website and then they said ok that will be a $5 fee on top of the $70 each for convenience. Nothing was convenient, and they were rude. This is probably the second bad review I have ever written but I wanted to inform everyone that the prices on the website are wrong and they don’t care to change it or honor it. I wish I could have experienced the massage but because of the customer service and pricing I didn’t even want to. Please be cautious with this business because nothing is right. Hope I can reach people before waisting there time and money.

Decent price, clean rooms, and nice decor. My therapist was not very good at focus work on my neck, even though I asked three times and told her I had a tension headache. They also answered the phone twice while we were in session. Not a sketchy place though, like most spas in the area. We walked in while on vacation, and they saw both me and my mom at the same time. Her therapist did a great job on the swelling in her ankles from all the walking. The staff were really friendly and kind.

I attempted to send my son and his father here for Father’s Day massages and should’ve known not to schedule because of the way they answered the phone. They said, “Hello”, as if I was calling a residence and not a business. There was background noise and I couldn’t understand what they were saying as they seem preoccupied. Their website says they charge $60 for an hour massage but I was charged $70 with a $5 convenience fee for paying with a credit card. Then we wanted to tip them $10 each and they said they normally take $20. Talk about rude and unprofessional! Then they had enough nerve to ask to leave a 5 star review on Google, although they were answering the phone while doing the massages. We just came through Flagstaff for a football tournament but I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who resides here or is just visiting. It was supposed to be a special father/son Father’s Day gift but wasn’t worth $165…

Went there had a massage and it was ok but what I did not like is after gave them a 15% tip they stood in front of me and would not let me leave until I gave them 20% and I was being nice . I told them after I gave tip to get out of my way or I will call the cops .I finally just walked out . To go there and release stress and they end up causing more stress aweful .Will never go there again

They always do a phenomenal job. I commute to flagstaff about once a week or so to run errands and try to get a massage whenever i have time. The gal here always is very thorough and does a great job. Highly recommend

This place is by far the best I’ve visited ever. Very deep and detailed and the room was comfortable and welcoming. I loved every minute of the massage and Tina was very easy to talk to and very nice. I will definitely be back.

Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityThese ladies fit us in for a 30 minute couples massage right when they opened. She could tell I was tense on my lower back so she used hot stones first to loosen me up then communicated very well asking if it was too hard or comfortable. She was able to read the tension in my shoulders and adjust her technique. Definitely recommend!!
