Got a pedicure on the Fourth of July. He started rushing when two more people came in. I was trying to look to see if the callous were still there. I even told him to double clip them. He said they were alright. He put me under the dryer and that was it. Woke up the next day and my feet looked bad. Went back to shop and explained situation twice they just look at me crazy. I’m very disappointed with this shop. I have been very satisfied before but how this was handled it inexcusable.

Got a manicure and pedicure. The staff was wonderful. I had my four month old with me and they were very kind and worked around me juggling her. Great foot and hand massage. Plus i got gel nails and they asked if i wanted my cuticles trimed too which is super nice because most places just put gel on no real nail care. Five stars.

Critical: QualityTwo years ago I took my mom there to get a pedicure. They cut my nails on my toes way too short on my left foot and I had a few days of irritation because of that. Fast forward to 20 20. I take my mom back and this time when they are scrubbing my feet with the metal thing they use to scrub your feet with to get the calluses off ,they rubbed my skin raw in three different places. To the point of a nice little red cherry being on each one. I feel that is unsafe and cannot be good for your health given the possibility of the bacteria and germs that are in those tubs in the utensils that they use. I would definitely not recommend going there and I discussed it with my mom . she will be finding somewhere else to get her nails done.Two years ago I took my mom there to get a pedicure. This is by far the BEST place to go for nails. They are professional and do quality work EVERY SINGLE TIME! Hands down the best place to go! The only place I have ever been where my nails do not lift or break or pop off!! This kind of quality is so rare. This place is gem in Fort Wayne!

Very dirty. Every file that was used had obviously already been used many times, the foot file still had old soap and lotion on it, the staff were not helpful to each other at all. The woman who did my nails needed help and everyone said no they were to busy to help. I wish I could give 0 stars.
