Everyone was so Kind and everything was explained to me in depth and very caring. What I loved the most was that I was asked, “where do you see that you may need something done.” They are very cordial to their patient’s needs and wants. They are not just in the business of just making money, but making sure that the client is getting the service that they need and at the appropriate time that they need it. Highly recommend this clinic! Dr. Besnoff is fantastic and does a very nice job with Botox and lip fillers. The clinics are clean and the staff is friendly and professional. They also have awesome Groupon deals and flash sales. At least once a month they will send out an email with highly discounted services, so if you are patient and wait for the sales, you can call in and pre-pay at a really good rate. (Most recently they had a sale with Botox coming out to $6.50/unit, and its normally $10-12/unit at other clinics.) So happy they opened up their Tampa Clinic because they are also very close to my home now, but the prices were definitely worth the drive to Clearwater before.

I went in to Ultimate Image for the first time a few weeks ago and Dr. Besnoff did a consultation with me about fillers that I had intended to receive on the day of my visit. Much to my surprise he advised me that he didn’t think I needed them yet and offered me several other ideas to get a more youthful look. Other places I have gone have pushed the idea of fillers at me for thousands of dollars but Dr. Besnoff did not! He saved me thousands and gave me wonderful alternatives to have a more youthful appearance. He and his staff were so warm & friendly and he really took the time to get to know me and understand my goals for how I wanted to improve my appearance. I recommend Ultimate Image to everyone looking for a genuine, caring provider & staff that will help you find the best possible plan of care to fit your needs without trying to over do it for a profit. I am so grateful & have already made another appointment! Highly recommend!

The staff here is so courteous and professional! Dr Besnoff is a Master Injector. As somebody who frequents medical offices, I really appreciate the timeliness, cleanliness, and dedication to patients that this practice has. I will definitely be revisiting since it is a quick in and out :-)!

Literally the WORST place I’ve ever gotten Botox. I’ve purchased it from 4-5 different places around Tampa with good to amazing results but this place sucks! I even went in for a touch up two weeks later and the P.A. still couldn’t get rid of mild wrinkles on my forehead (46 units and $500+ later. I’m 35. The staff was very friendly but the result lasted not even a month. There are far too many other competitors that do WAY better work that lasts. Both of my appointments were rushed (5 min max to administer) and no marking or good technique was used. Do not go here. Find another place, there are tons to pick from in Tampa and you’ll most likely get a better result that lasts the 3-4 months that it should.
