Dedicated personnel. Great service. Sydney was the best. She is a great stylist. Maybe/probably the best I have ever had in all the years of my 62 soon to be 63 years of my life. I love that young lady! She is indeed great. I seldom love somebody’s work on a first visit but here we are!

I have visited Twisted Masters a few times for myself for a basic color and cut and have always enjoyed my services. However, yesterday I called to see if they could get my one year old son in for his first haircut. I cannot thank TAYLOR enough for being SO WONDERFUL and patient with my son. She made his first cut a breeze, and a memory we will never forget! Thank you Taylor and Twisted Masters!!

Critical: Professionalism, QualityVery unprofessional, after making appointment at least a week prior to said appointment. Upon arriving 15 minutes early was informed to call due to covid which i did and was informed it would be a few minutes which turned into over 45 minutes. Requested to reschedule and upon doing so Tammy stated she would notify me which again she didn’t, i again notified her with her still not getting back to me until i sent a message stating “ Making a hair appointment shouldn’t be this much of a hassle “ with her eventually replying with “ so what can we do for you “… Ummm an appointment you very unprofessional human, get it together lady.. You definitely don’t need a business if you can’t get it together.. I wasted a entire day of taking off my nursing job nothing thanks to Tammy’s unprofessionalism.. The customer service here is ridiculous, I booked an appt. with one of the ladies for a color and cut, arrived about 15 minutes early to check in for my appt time. Sat for about 20 minutes, I was finally greeted by the stylist I had made the appt with. Only to be told that it was going to be about another 30 minutes before she could get to me. I understand things happen and it’s easy to lose time, but I sat there for an hour and a half only to be told that she wasn’t going to be able to get to me that day. Super unprofessional!

I most certainly do not recommend this salon what so ever.I met a girl who had gotten her hair done here and the job done was beautiful so of course, I asked for details about the salon.I’ve had not only one but THREE terrible experiences here.Now, I am done and moving on to a different salon.Nobody has been on time for each appointment.The first time I came here, I had set up an appointment with one woman a week in advance.She even sent me a confirmation text.I arrived promptly the day of exactly when I needed to be there and she was nowhere to be found.Another stylist had me sit down at her station and wait.Now, I’m on a time schedule too.I have a job as well.Thirty minutes goes by and I finally text the stylist, she didn’t know she had an appointment with me at all.She couldn’t make it and had said that she texted someone else canceling the appointment and got her clients mixed up.Bad business.Not only did her hair look great but her clients hair looked great in the photos I had seen.Setting anything up with her was difficult and I wanted to see a stylist that could keep her eggs in a row.As far as the other two experiences, I met with another woman, blindly, and had not seen any of her work on other clients.I tried my best to explain what shade of blonde I am familiar with getting.I showed pictures of what I wanted on both visits.She colored my hair and I left with the same color I had except now I was out of $140.00.I contacted her to make another appointment to fix the color.The third time, I had toner put on my hair that turned my hair brown and purple.A nightmare.So, she stripped those colors out of my hair to bring me back to what I had.I politely left but will never again be back.All I can say is that when looking for a hairdresser, you really need to do your research to find the right stylist and salon atmosphere.
