Positive: Valuei found sandrine on instagram years ago & i’ve never went to get serviced by anyone else since then. her hair is the best quality i’ve come across by far. the hair is very soft and full and her wigs always last me year +. every time i sit in her chair she makes me feel prettyyyy. i trust her to get the job done 100%. most times i show her an inspiration picture and let her freestyle from it and i’m never disappointed. the styles always come out better than i expected. on top of that she always manages to squeeze me into her busy schedule and the hair always comes out flawless. everywhere i go someone always stops me and asks who did my hair. the shop is always clean music is always playing it’s always a good vibe. sandrine makes anyone who comes with me to my appointment feel comfortable. and the bathroom is pretty and pink lol i use it as a photo shoot after i’m done getting my hair laid. i would 10/10 recommend Services: Hairstyling, Hair coloringi found sandrine on instagram years ago & i’ve never went to get serviced by anyone else since then. her hair is the best quality i’ve come across by far. the hair is very soft and full and her wigs always last me year +. every time i sit …More

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueAll I can say is I’ve never been so happy, from the girl I booked appt with to Sandrine who I DM on IG ( I was referred to her from my lady in LA) and she had me text salon in AM and was able to get an appt, and even sent a pic of a burgundy wig I wanted, they were able to color and make what I was looking for same day. (which I never have had luck until now with). I got there and she had to color my wig and since it was last min I’m surprised she took the time to make it right which I appreciate since I’m always last min. The color was better than I could of imagined, was the exact burgundy in pic I sent and better in person, the install was the best I’ve ever experienced. I don’t know what the best part was because it was great from before I even got there. If she was in LA I would visit weekly. She is defiantly better than anyone I’ve experienced (and I’ve had many “celebrity stylists”) Sandrine takes her time, is patient, perfectionist and only deserves people who can appreciate a Good person like her. I give them infinity stars because they are all above the alleged best of best. I am praying they open in LA or come part time.Treat them right, and tip them good because in this industry it’s hard to find good people, with good energy, who appreciate your business and take pride in the work they do… The whole staff is amazing.I also nevvvvvver write reviews because I never have been so satisfied. All I can say is I’ve never been so happy, from the girl I booked appt with to Sandrine who I DM on IG ( I was referred to her from my lady in LA) and she had me text salon in AM and was able to get an appt, and even sent a pic of a burgundy wig I wanted, they were able to color and make what I was looking for same day. (which I never have had luck until now with). I got there and she had to color my wig and since it was last min I’m surprised she took the time to make it right which I appreciate since I’m always last min. The color was better than I could of imagined, was the exact burgundy in pic I sent and better in person, the install was the best I’ve ever experienced. Critical: QualityUnfortunately I did not have a good experience at this location. My Wig installation lasted less than 24 hours. I even purchased her headband to sleep with at night and the lace front lifted the next day. The entire time I had a burning sensation on the sides of my head and felt like I had an open cut burning me. When I removed the wig I immediately felt the open cuts which you will see in my pictures 🙁 I paid $850.00 for the Wig and $200.00 + TIP for the installation! I was so upset I went to Miami expecting to take pictures and enjoy my lace front but I didn’t. I’m the most upset that I reached out to the owner and she never responded with a time or date to get it reinstalled. Maybe other people will have a better experience but I know I was in pain and spent $1,050.00+ for NOTHINGUnfortunately I did not have a good experience at this location. I even purchased her headband to sleep with at night and the lace front lifted the next day.
