Terrible customer service. Lisa burnt my girlfriends fingers. Told her she was too sensitive when she told her that she was getting burned by the filing machine. Multiple times. Gave her a issue when she asked to fix a nail that got hit. Told her you should see through the nail polish when clearly she just didn’t want to do the job right and wouldn’t repaint properly when it was a fill regular and cost $40. Didn’t get what I paid for at all for her. Waste of money never again will she go there.

They are a rip off charging 120$ for a uv gel set and have even more nerve charging 60$ for acrylic set. Ive never paid more then 60$ for a gel set and that’s on the high side. If i knew it was going to cost 60$ for an acrylic set i would have walked out. Only for the nails to lift a week later and the lady was so rude to me after i didnt tip her what she wanted. I will never go back in there. It is wayyyyyy overpriced for less then mediocre service at best. Completely unsatisfied.

I was made to feel very unwelcome on my visit today. After just five minutes under the dryer, a technician turned off the blower, handed me my coat and essentially kicked me out. Of course, before I even got to my car I had smears on two nails. … A bad experience. I won’t be going back.

I go there for mani/pedis and waxing. Clean environment & friendly staff-no complaints. Also, this is the only salon I have been to where I do not have to question whether or not the nail dryer is actually on.
