Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueFor starters the employee did not use sanitary measures such as providing a towel for the clients hands, washing his hands or applying germix,or wearing gloves for the service. I specifically told the technician I wanted my nails long and rounded/ he cut my natural nails short and squared. THE WORST PART OF IT the nail technician got some paint on my skin and when I asked for an Alcohol pad to remove it I was told no because it will come off when you wash your hands, and then the technician used a dirty nail file to file it off my skin, when that wasn’t working he used his own nail to scratch at my skin. For starters the employee did not use sanitary measures such as providing a towel for the clients hands, washing his hands or applying germix,or wearing gloves for the service. I specifically told the technician I wanted my nails long and rounded/ he cut my natural nails short and squared. This took almost 2 hrs. The nail tech that attended me was scraping off acrylic from the sides of my nails with a piece of nail tip instead of shaping with the brush. I have tried to give this place a chance but I think I am no longer going. I had asked for nude color acrylic nails and I basically got clear and all my nails look uneven. This took almost 2 hrs. The nail tech that attended me was scraping off acrylic from the sides of my nails with a piece of nail tip instead of shaping with the brush. She also would add too much gel polish on my nail that it would literally drip off.

My wedding is Saturday, the guy blamed me for messing up the jewels, super aggressive removing them and just did whatever the second time. The glue is totally noticeable and the nails are uneven. He made me feel embarrassed and guilty. I payed 85 for this. I left crying from this place. To make things worse, the lady YELLED at my grandma to go somewhere else and compare prices and in order for her to get her money back. Horrible, HORRIBLE place. My wedding is Saturday, the guy blamed me for messing up the jewels, super aggressive removing them and just did whatever the second time. The glue is totally noticeable and the nails are uneven. He made me feel embarrassed and guilty. I payed 85 for this. I left crying from this place.
