I suffer from alopecia. I can’t say enough. The stylists are EXPERTS! Not only the cuts, color, blow dry which I have on a regular basis. When it came time for a wig it was the most amazing experience! Angelica was not only compassionate but she really knows the intricacies when it comes to wigs and hairpieces. My mom has had alopecia for awhile. We went here to see what could be done to help her. We originally thought she would need a full wig, but then they showed her the topper and WOW!! What a surprise to see how well it went with her hair. This has transformed my mom back at least 10 years! She smiles all the time and her hair always looks fantastic. A huge thank you to Sylvia and Angelica for their compassion and for all the time they both spent helping my mom. They really put her at ease and made her feel special. We recently found Sylvia after searching the internet for a reputable wig salon for my mother who is currently going through chemo therapy. I am a salon owner myself but we do not offer wigs. Being in the business myself my standards are a bit higher than the average person! I emailed Sylvia on a holiday when the salon was closed and within an hour she had gotten back to me. They were able to accommodate us with short notice and from the moment we made the appointment I knew we were in the right hands! Sylvia and Angelica were so incredibly kind and helpful at a moment in our life that was very difficult to swallow. They did a thorough consultation and fit her with a wig that looks identical to her natural hair. We did have to special order it (because we wanted something that was as close to her natural hair as possible and I am a crazy picky daughter!) and it came in within a week. We went in the day it came in to get it cut (it was 100% human hair, which I highly recommend – totally worth the $!) and Sylvia was meticulous in her cut. This wig is going to give my mother the self confidence she needs as her hair sadly falls out. She will still feel like herself thanks to these amazing ladies! I highly recommend this business if you are considering a wig or hair piece for hair loss of any kind! Great service, knowledgeable, honest staff and quality products and services!
