My daughter’s wedding was last Sunday, Oct 23, 2022. Kate never showed up and wouldn’t answer her calls. We were all so worried she had been in an accident! Eventually she called to say that she had spent all afternoon “looking for her phone.” Sorry, Kate. You knew where the venue was and the time it started. You could have fulfilled your job and then looked for your phone. Totally irresponsible.

I didn’t want to write a bad review I waited a day to sit on my thoughts. Katelyn was late to our appt 30 minutes which ok I can overlook. I sat in her chair and I could feel like she didn’t want to be there. She spent 2 minutes consulting hair was in the brushes she was using and the salon chair had visible dirt. My hair was man handled the whole time. My hair next day is still brassy . And will probably have to be color corrected. I have paid 250 for Instagram worthy salons and that is what I paid for a poor experience and color. I guesI was quoted on the appt page at 150 and somehow the price was 240 leaving. It is obvious something isn’t right in Katelyn’s life bc she was all over the place. I thought choosing a salon in the Highlands would be a nice experience maybe a little eccentric but not a complete waist of time and money. I have no idea how this place is even open to the public.If you want to charge top dollar you have to take your work seriously and provide guest with a plesant experience This will go down as my worst salon experience by far and probably ever . If you value your hair this isn’t the place for you
