Critical: QualityI have had many massages in the past. I felt that the quality and the experience was poor from beginning to end.I was instructed to wash my hands, go down the hall and wait. I was confused as to where to go. I then returned to ask and told to go the the actual waiting area.My massage therapist, Jessica, provided a very impersonal greeting , I am not even sure if she introduced herself.She asked me if there were areas of concern as to which I told her, shoulders, neck but mostly all over. She told me to start face down and that she’d have me turn over and work the other side of my body. I was confused when she said something to me that I assumed was “you can turn over now” It was actually the end of my massage.I was not offered or given water after which I always receive , nor was I guided back to the front desk.I felt that this was a lot of money to spend for what I received. My daughter got married at Jay Peak Labor Day weekend. Most of the bridal party and some guests got hair, make up, manicures and pedicures. The staff at the spa were incredible! They were able to accommodate last minute scheduling and did a beautiful job with everything! Thank you for an amazing experience!
