I ordered a 21′ swim spa in October and and it was delivered in April. After multiple fixture failures and very poor warranty service (or non-service is more accurate) my swim spa is unusable and has been for 6 weeks. Despite Marty and Susie checking in every once in a while, their warranty company LPI is dysfunctional. I expected much better service from a +$30,000 spa. If I could go back, I would purchase with a local company who can ensure unit is in perfect working order when it is brand new.

We love our swim spa! It was delivered and installed less than a month. We decided to go with Swim Spa Source as they were more knowledgeable than the all the companies. After 6 months, not only has the swim spa helped my wife to recover from her injuries from a bad car accident. It has become the focal point of fun for our grandchildren.
