Let me start by saying that I do not enjoy leaving negative reviews. The salon was clean, the staff were friendly, my nail stylist worked extremely hard (yes, I tipped well), and they took me as a walk-in with very little wait time. That being said, if you work hard for your money and rarely get to pamper yourself, I would not recommend going for dip powder with tips. It took over 2 hours to complete my service, and they ended up being thick and lumpy despite my bringing it to her attention several times. Instead of dipping just the tip into the glitter she dipped my entire pinky, so now I just have 2 pinky nails covered in glitter and the rest not. I asked for a flesh color nail with black tips: I received a color similar to a peach crayon with half the nail being black. I’m super disappointed.

Had my nails powder dipped at another place and they were really BAD. Finally time for redo/fill and came here. After explaining what happened before and what I wanted Wendy took extra care and gave me exactly what I wanted. I am so happy with my nails now, they are the length the shape and the thickness that I wanted in the first place. Wendy is so sweet and very professional. This will definitely be my permanent nail salon and hopefully she will be the person to do my nails each time but the other staff there were also very pleasant and fun and I did see the work that one of the guys did on a young girl and her nails were beautiful. I am so happy this place is now under NEW professional and pleasant ownership.

Wendy is always very attentive and does a great job with my spa pedicure. I popped in one time for a quick polish change and she had me in and out. Love that they’re open Sundays and evenings too. My new go-to spot.

A wonderful experience getting my nails done. The staff is fantastic, the environment is clean and delightful, the prices are very reasonable. A great atmosphere and even movies are played. There is also an attached hair salon. What I loved was the great service which was that of the past. This shop reminded me of the fine quality nail salons and services from years ago . I highly recommend this to you.

As I was getting my toe nails polished, a regular client that had not been there in a while, walked in without an appointment, and after a warm and friendly greeting, the technitian that was still not done doing my nails, in a rush finished the first coat of very translucent polish, and called himself done with me. He asked the other tech to take my payment, and left to tend to the other client. I was supposed to get two coats of polish but instead the tech, without any other attentions towards me, left me there and proceeded to make friendly conversation with the before mentioned client. No “thank you”, or “please come again”, he just up and left me and that was that!! I found it rude and less than customer care oriented.

First time going and it was an okay experience. My nails came out good except they didn’t clean around them. Downside is they are kinda rude. While having a conversation with the person doing my nails, he ignored me to speak with another customer.

The staff were so amazing! They all went out of their way to make you feel welcome and satisfied. You were constantly asked if the service was to your liking. The work was detailed and very professional. Highly recommend.

I got acrylic nails done. I had to wait over an hour for a chair to be available, even though I had made an appointment the week before. The nails were extremely bumpy uneven and the polish came off within a day. The technician cut my fingers in several places.
