I’m the guy in the picture. I always get my haircut and eyebrows by sue, she’s great and never changes my natural shape but today i was very disappointed as i asked for wax on my eyebrows and another lady didn’t do so well, she removed way too much from my eyebrow and thinned them out and they don’t match eachother, i still payed but definitely don’t want anyone else but sue doing my eyebrows anymore. I was actually very angry since they will take about a month to grow back and unfortunately you can’t just reverse her mistakes. The last time another lady did them, she was very careful with the wax and trimmed them correctly, she event complimented them. But today was just not it, it would be great if we could call in for an appointment with sue because after today i don’t trust my eyebrows will be done correctly

Some people tip for an hr long haircut but I prefer timeliness. Sue and her team give good haircuts for the price they charge. Place is clean and service is great. 4 stars due to not being able to give skin fades.

The ladies that work here are fabulous! The prices are also very affordable. They did a wonderful job with my daughter’s first time getting her hair cut and they did great at fixing a botched cut that a different salon did. They also wax my eyebrows and I’m always pleased with the shape. I will definitely be a returning customer!

Sue does typical, decent haircuts, but charged us $25 for my 5 year old daughter’s haircut. Their price list says a kids cut is $12. When we asked her about it, she said, “I cut a lot of hair”.

I wish I could give a 0 star . I went in to get a cute pixie cut with side bangs , and not even a super short pixie , but a little longer . My hair was down to my shoulders , I wanted it to be shaped a bit , layered and to keep most of my length . I showed the older woman working the picture I wanted , and she completely botched my hair . I should’ve gotten up and left the second she put CLIPPERS TO MY HAIR . I wanted the sides shaped and layered with scissors .. my hair had almost looked like what I wanted , just needed to shape a bit …. I walked out of that salon WITH A MULLET I was never so devastated in my LIFE! I told her I had bought extentions for my hair and that I was getting them the next day so I needed to keep length, and she only kept the length in the back!! I was so over it , paid $30 for a haircut I NEVER wanted in my lifetime , and went home , and my husband had to FIX MY HAIR I will NEVER go back or ever recommend it to anyone ever.
