I’m not impressed with their services at all. I got a full set and pedicure the last time I went, and I did not like the results. My toes were so cut when the cuticles were being taken care of that I was bleeding, and then she kept cleaning my feet with alcohol. My toenails then grew in weird, became infected, and I had to stop going to salons for over 3 months just to get them to heal. The full set was uneven, chunky, and then the sides of the nails weren’t filed down enough that they were very sharp. They did take me on a walk-in basis which was nice.

The workers were VERY ignorant and the nails are over priced. The only kind one was Sue, and even at that she would laugh at me every once in awhile for asking something to be changed. My nails were uneven, and when I asked to have them fixed the man rolled his eyes and sighed. Do not waste your time here. Acrylic nails

I went to Sue Nails to get a full set of nails for my best friend’s wedding. First, the technician expressed irritation and said “come on” when he noticed that I still had acrylic on my thumb nails that I could not get off from a previous set of nails. Then, I asked the technician to remove spots of polish from my nails that I noticed he had missed after sanding. He again became irritated and stated “you are picky”. Another technician jumped in and stated that he wasn’t done yet, and that would be taken care of later in the process. I explained to the technicians that I have gotten my nails done at this location in the past, and they had neglected to take off all of the polish on my nails and it was visible and looked terrible in the final product. They told me that that could not be true at Sue Nails. However, it had happened plenty of times in the past… The two proceeded to talk to one another in a foreign language, and they made annoyed expressions and laughed, which indicates that they were likely talking about me as they were doing my nails. Overall, the nails look fine. However, I am incredibly disappointed with the service and lack of respect for customers.

My mother was a regular customer and had an appointment and got pushed back like 2 and a half hours because they put walk-ins ahead of her then when they finally got to her they still kept stopping to help more walk-ins. She ended up with one hand that had more coats of polish on it than the other and both hands looked like a 4 year old had painted them. She was telling them the who time about it and even about the polish all over her fingers and they did nothing about it and told her “oh it will wear off” and still charged her full price and pulled attitude when she didnt tip them.

Got nothing that I wanted. Just kept telling me to pick a color after telling them what design I wanted and showing them. They were rude and I came out with some jacked up nails none of them were straight. I told her several times there not even and she said they’d be fixed and never fixed them. Paid way to much money for trash.

Rude workers! After being a customer for a long time, I won’t be returning. The last 3 times I’ve been in, they would not do what I asked with my nails. They don’t fix the lifted nails, and they end up falling off. They get visibly angry if you refuse the more expensive gel nails. My last experience was with a new nail technician. When I explained how I wanted my nails painted, he actually sighed and rolled his eyes at me. I had to repeatedly ask him to fix the same nail over and over, with a very rude response. The nails are NOT worth the price here.
