Critical: QualityCame here to escape my last nightmare nail place and was met with the same disappointing service. The staff is super nice! But with both nail techs I tried they did not listen to what I wanted, making my nails longer than I wanted one on occasion, and just not understanding the concept of the design on the second occasion. I left here both times with polish on the skin around my nail. In the pictures you can see she made my thumb round and the rest of my nails almond. Came here to escape my last nightmare nail place and was met with the same disappointing service. The staff is super nice! But with both nail techs I tried they did not listen to what I wanted, making my nails longer than I wanted one on occasion, and just not understanding the concept of the design on the second occasion. First I have to say the place is very pretty and the people are nice but I had a 3:30 appointment. I waited about 15 minutes for the pedicure which was one of the fastest pedicures I’ve ever had and then sat to dry (wait) for almost an hour. This place is not cheap and for the price I expect a better experience. Pedicure, Gel manicures

I cannot tell you how the manicures are but I do not recommend getting any pedicures done there. The staff is polite though. First time was good (I cannot remember the ladies name) but the last two times one time the water was too hot my feet burned that it hurt to walk and my skin was peeling off, looking worse than before. I went the other day and the nail polish looked super streaky and I am not sure if they didn’t properly clean their products but my toe is inflamed and now I’m afraid I’m going to get an infection. Never had this issue with nail salons before. I definitely recommend them to do a better job sanitizing products and I do appreciate the atmosphere they were able to bring to the salon, hence why I tried to give them a second chance.

The experience day of was amazing, clean and friendly but the gel came off my 3 of my nails in whole piece 3 days after getting my manicure. I was so upset. Will never go back! Gel manicures

Drove 10 miles out of our way to try this new nail salon. Asked for coffin and received boxy. They were supposed to be French tips but look like ombré gone wrong. Extremely thick, not my favorite. Expense for the shape and paint. Will not return. Acrylic nails

I arrived for my schedualed appointment at 4:15 didnt get seated for pedi until 530 just with my feet in water i saw people walking in and gettinf attended quick as im just there until someone began my feet. Then had to wait again for my gel mani which i had an appointment for. Please explain to me how you make an app for 415 and leave 7:30 ridiculous. Never again.

I made an appointment and went in for a full set of acrylics and as she’s cutting them down to size, i told her i wanted medium length, she then proceeds to cut them short. So i tell her that this isn’t what i asked for and she proceeded to give me attitude, as well, when she was cutting them she almost cut my finger and tried saying that it was only nail glue when i haven’t had nails on in months! Shortly after that she kicks me out of her chair, yes kicks me out of her chair! Just because she didn’t like that i spoke up about her almost hurting me. i then had to sit there and wait for someone else to do them, while she sat at her table and started filing her own nails not caring about anyone else. I am dumbfounded at the blatant disrespect towards customers and the complete lack of professionalism, there is no reason to kick someone out of your chair when you are the one who almost made a mistake. TREAT PEOPLE BETTER!

New to the area and trying different salons. First visit impressed clean and nice atmosphere.I had just a pedicure and wasn’t that happy. I figured I give it a one more try for a dip powder mani which I had yet to find in my travels. Had tech Lisa and I was very satisfied. Returned and had her do pedi and dip powder. I highly recommend Lisa!

I figured I would try this place out for the first time. The business itself looks beautiful and very clean. The staff is very friendly. Not that impressed with the pedicure though. The nail tech I had asked me if I wanted to upgrade to a $55 pedi, and I said not now. She continued to say how better it is and I should get it because it’s good for my skin. It’s my first time there, I want to see how a regular pedi is before I upgrade to something more expensive. I was not happy with my pedi. She was extremely quick. Like she was in a rush to get me in and out. She cut a little bit of my skin with the nail clipper, which I’ve never had happen before. The business is clean, and looks beautiful. The staff is very friendly, but I personally won’t be back. I usually go to CC nails (it was closed the day I needed a pedi which is why I tried this place), and every pedi I have, is so relaxing. They take their time, and don’t make me feel rushed. And they don’t try to push more expensive items on you unless you ask. The place is nice, very clean, and the staff is very friendly. But I’m giving 2 stars because I personally wasn’t happy with my pedi at all.
