Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityWe had the best couples massage we’ve ever gotten. Madiline and Nicha were our massage therapists and they did an amazing job. The aromatherapy, hot stones, and hot towels were the cherries on top of our relaxing and much needed massages. They were both excellent with communicating throughout the service for pressure, and were very professional. I wish I had snapped a photo of our treatment room prior to the start of our appointment, but it was quite lovely in a very relaxing atmosphere with the soft lighting, and music. We visit Morro Bay a few times a year and this will definitely be a stop we work into our future visits. We had the best couples massage we’ve ever gotten. Madiline and Nicha were our massage therapists and they did an amazing job. The aromatherapy, hot stones, and hot towels were the cherries on top of our relaxing and much needed massages. They were both excellent with communicating throughout the service for pressure, and were very professional. My $100 massage quickly ballooned to $145 at checkout. Not to mention its cash only (also was not notified). In addition therapist was rude and clearly did not know what she was doing. Told us we were yelling when we were trying to come up with options to pay . Of course we were upset that they did not tell us of the payment options Because who carries that much cash. Check, cash, Venmo and Zelle. The person who booked us tried really hard to accommodate us, especially since it was a last minute request. Nicha and Andrea are amazing! The rooms were very comfortable and cozy. Credit cards weren’t accepted, but we are used to that with small businesses. Check, cash, Venmo and Zelle. The person who booked us tried really hard to accommodate us, especially since it was a last minute request. I highly recommend it and will return.
