I went to Taylor W and she did an amazing job! When I walked in I was greeted right away. When I sat down in Taylor’s chair, she listened to me and heard my concern. I went in with my hair literally ruined and hated it (I went to someone else two days prior). She fixed it up in one sitting and worked a MIRACLE. Will forever see her!

I got a perm done there over a month ago. Right away I was not happy at all, I have gotten perms done before and always loved it, but this time it went so wrong. I’ve tried many times to get them to fix it and they won’t do anything for me but tell me to wait another month. The photos shown are the day of getting it done. I left the salon with no product or style in my curls at all, and half of my head still straight. The girl didn’t saturate each curl with the solution, only sprayed it in a mass on the top of my head. Most of the curls that are curls aren’t even spirals they are just wonky. It’s so upsetting. You go to a beauty salon to feel beautiful and this salon has knocked my confidence way down and won’t do anything to fix it. DO NOT GET YOUR HAIR PERMED HERE OR THERE OTHER LOCATION

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueDo not go see Tanya Worthington!! I went to get a root touch up and have never had anyone do such a terrible job and never spent that much money. She said she told me it may take 2 sessions since she didn’t schedule enough time to do it all at once, but when I left she dried some of my hair and said the color looks good and did not mention scheduling a 2nd appointment to finish. She was not interested in seeing what my hair looked like now. When I called the only thing she said I could do is come in for another root touch up which would cost me another $160!!! She was also very rude and unprofessional and wouldn’t stop arguing with me. I strongly suggest you find someone else.Do not go see Tanya Worthington!! I am not unhappy about the trim I received, but more so the price that I paid. My hairdresser did not have to wash my hair, because I came with it washed. She only needed to cut an inch off of it, and I wanted it all one length. She didn’t strainer or curl it (which is fine). I paid $40 to sit in a chair for 10 minutes and get a little trim. I don’t find $20-30 unreasonable, but she didn’t do anything special with my hair. She knew that I was a first time customer and that I’m young and new to the Sioux Falls area. I personally feel that she thought I was too naive to question the price. I would recommend going somewhere else for trims and haircuts, but I’m sure this place does well with color, styling, and spa treatment.
