Critical: QualityUnfortunately, my experience at Signature Hair Salon was not the best. Upon arrival I had shown the hairstylist Rosella a picture of what I wanted and I had asked her to keep my roots dark, I asked her to shadow root my natural brown dark hair, and have a nice soft brown balayage with highlights. The process took about four hours, and when she finally washed my hair and blow-dried it, my hair turned out nothing like the way I showed her. My roots were not dark at all, it came out an orange yellowish shade. The highlights are like patches and there are visible patches of orange, yellow, dark brown, and my natural black color in my hair. I also got a hair cut and I asked her for front layers, and keep my length long in the back, but I was given choppy layers throughout my entire head. I’m disgusted at the outcome of my hair color, I wasted my time and money. I tried to style it and use purple shampoo but it looks terrible. If you have dark black or brown hair like I did please save your money and time DON’T go to this salon because it seems like they don’t have enough experience with darker hair. I felt like I showed her a picture and was clear about what I asked for, but it seems like they did whatever they want with my hair. I never gave permission to make my roots a golden yellow color, it’s not what I wanted. It looks horrible for the price I paid her. They were super professional and very very clean. Rossella took the time out to help me make a decision about my hair since it was my first time ever dying it and I was a little nervous. I didn’t feel rushed at all. I was very impressed with how it turned out and how clean she kept her salon. She wiped every seat down after every customer. The price was also a win. I was recommended by a friend to see Rossella about coloring my hair for the first time EVER. And I am so glad that I went to her. They were super professional and very very clean. Rossella took the time out to help me make a decision about my hair since it was my first time ever dying it and I was a little nervous. I didn’t feel rushed at all. I was very impressed with how it turned out and how clean she kept her salon. She wiped every seat down after every customer. The price was also a win. I definitely recommend this place!
