I have come here for the past month, and i’ve had nothing but a pleasant experience, friendly staff and great tanning services. Up until today I have not been treat like a problem, or with any rudeness. The manager, on 7/27 at 8:50 pm, of course almost done with her day wasn’t happy i came in last second, (understandable)which i usually don’t but i’ve been working 6am-9pm the past few weeks and i got off early today and was very excited the i could finally get a tan in for once this week, and I walked in she was very short with me the whole time, which again i’ve never experienced with anyone at this location, I politely told her i wanted 8 min on tanning bed 10, and said “Well of you could just hurry up we close in 7min, don’t take forever getting undressed and dressed” When she could have said something under the lines of, hey if we could do 6 minutes instead for you today, that would be very helpful since we close in 7 min, sorry for any inconvenience. I understand being done with your day, but treating someone like that in general is not appropriate under any professional setting. other than unfortunate experience , i love this place.

When we walked in the lady was very nice and I had told her what we would like I wanted a level 4 bed stand up for me and my friend would want a level 2 bed cause it was her 1st time and she was very understanding very concerned when my friend took 13 minutes to come out and she fell asleep so it was a good thing she came and let me know but at the same time I’m just glad that they were very helpful and very informative.

Peyton greeted me politely and with positive energy as soon as I walked through the door; she was knowledgeable in things tanning that I was not aware as this was my first experience with Seattle Sun Tan. I was signed up, explained all that I needed to know about Seattle Sun Tan and tanning, paid and had a tan and left in less than 25 minutes. I was surprised at how quick and efficient the entire process was. I would definitely recommend Seattle Sun Tan to any friend or aquaintance without second thought.
