Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueAbsolutely disgusting!!! HORRRRRIBLE!!! I’m new to the area and tried them out in less than two weeks I had green fungus under three of my nails, two of them which I’ve had on for years and years just popped right off along with half of my nail and the remaining five were completely lifted and water was under every single one of them !! I called to complain they wanted to let the same person do my nails and said I had to pay for them! I was going to look over the fact that they were completely unprofessional and not friendly at all but this is just absolutely disgusting I do not recommend this to anybody whatsoever I will now drive 45 minutes back to where I used to live to get my nails done properly they should be ashamed of themselves and it’s absolutely horrifying!!Absolutely disgusting!!! Joyce and everyone at Royal Nails are friendly and engages in conversation. It’s impressive that they welcome everyone by name. Charlie does my nails and he takes his time and does beautiful designs.

First time here, had a pedicure and a full set of acrylics. I was pleasantly surprised at how efficient Steve was doing my nails and exactly how I ask for them which, I usually have a hard first time at any nail place because either the acrylic is too thick for my liking or filing isn’t as I asked but, he was right on!!

I’ve been trying to find a new place to get my nails done I can honestly say it’s been many years that I look at my nails and I feel a wow effect! The owner Joyce I believe is FANTASTIC. A mother from my sons baseball team has gone here for years, I saw her nails and asked her where she went. They play great music, the staff is friendly, the pricing is fair, the place is very clean, they offer mini water bottles to clients and they have everything modern and up to date! Tech wise as well. I also got a pedicure by one of the Latina girls and my mother used another girl there as well BOTH really left our gel pedis looking GREAT! I truly cannot recommend them enough and if you’re reading this I hope you’re booking your next appointment with them!

I called prior to arriving to book an appointment. Arrived at appt. time & had to an hour. Pedicure was mediocre. I wanted designs on my nails. No one was available to do designs so I waited another hour for the gentleman that was able to do designs was available. He removes my polish, looks at the design and then tells me he will try to do something similar, but cannot make it exact. It went downhill from there. I will NEVER return and I advise you to not waste your time. I got to the nail salon at 1:30 left at 5:30 without my nails completed and I’m in between spending the money again on getting my toes done. Not satisfied and customer service was HORRIBLE!!

Posting this for a friend who isn’t tech savvy. She went there a week ago and the owner who did her nails was on the phone the entire time (while doing her nails) looking at them the color looks nice but she said the paint is very lumpy. To say the least she’s not going back

They are courteous and location appears clean, but I value professionalism, which this facility lacks. I called for an appointment and was offered a time that I agreed to. I arrived at that time and was not serviced until after 29 minutes of waiting. Next, my nails sat in acetone while another client (whom did not have an appointment) was serviced and the nail tech says, “If you make an appointment, we service you faster.” I wished that was true for me. Fortunately, I can’t speak to the quality of work because after 50 minutes of waiting for dipping powder removal, I had other vital things to do other than watch the pretty chandeliers that hang in their shop.
