The service you requested was challenging and impossible to do. The owner gave you her honest opinion and I even heard you thanked her for her honesty. Great service. All stylists are so professional. She has a manicure/pedicure service and a waxing station. One stop shopping! Rosey makes all customers even more beautiful when they leave. And they sell boxes of mask if you need any.

I’ve been coming to Rosy ever since she first opened in Uniondale and i have ZERO REGRETS. She ALWAYS blows and colors my hair exquisitely. This is not the type of salon where you make appointments. It’s more informal and family oriented. Those reviewers that griped about that, need to understand that. If that’s of uber importance to you, you need to go elsewhere. The hair products that she uses are top notch and my hair stays beautiful until my next wash. I HIGHLY recommend her for color and wash and sets. They don’t do weaves or braids. The prices are not outrageous at all.

Rossi and Raquel are Wonderful, their services are well well done, Amazing, I only have a complaint is the price for wash and dry for me is too high!! But once you fall in love with their you gonna pay it!! Once their touch your hair you will never change!!

The worse ever I waited forever for a wash and set to walk out with nothing ♀️ ♀️ I can’t understand how someone can be in business for 20 years and be so slow with a blow dryer when in fact you use this equipment everyday, I was patient until I seen thier results with other customers and to be honest I was not impressed, I could’ve did this at Le’tonya’s. ( my house ) however I kindly thanked her for her warm establishment ( it was chilly out ) and went around the corner on Uniondale ave where the service was prompt and satisfying.
