Had a spa pedicure appointment with Erin at the Dothan location, Erin did a fantastic job and made a point to get to know me. Erin was very friendly, as were all the other employees. The salon was clean and had a traditional Aveda vibe. Will definitely go back!

New client since May 2020. Amazing PCA facials and the two stylists I worked with were pretty good. I give 4 stars because the salon itself is kinda bland and I was asked to pay a disposal fee? I questioned the fee and the receptionist removed it. Seriously, if you want to pass down a cost to your clients, don’t tell them just add it to the cost of the service. The stylists all wear black and the front desk has a canned greeting which they probably have to say. I’d love to see some style from your Stylists and sincere greetings. I have already booked my next 3 facials and I’m happy with services so far.

I received a Stress Fix massage from Tiffany. It was one of the best massages I’ve ever received. She is attentive and precise. The ambiance is very relaxing. I will definitely return and recommend her. She does keep a busy schedule so calling way ahead of date is highly recommended. 😉

I have been getting my nails done here for the past few years but this summer I have stepped up my game to every other week! I have used two of the three manicurists and love both of them! I feel relaxed in the spa atmosphere with nice darker lighting and curtains in the pedicure stations! The massage chairs are really wonderful! Each manicurist is a perfectionist–my nails look amazing! I have done gels and regular french manicures and pedicures and love them both!

Have been a client to Elizabeth for my hair styling needs for over 6 months now. A wonderfully energetic and talented young woman and I always look forward to getting my hair cut. Received a gift certificate at Christmas for a massage. Was delighted to schedule with Rituals newest addition to their staff, Ashley. Ms. Ashley is very professional and extremely attentive to her client’s needs. I have been to two sessions and plan on returning soon. Massage is very relaxing and reviving. Would highly recommend. Rituals offers an extensive line of products for your every need. All staff that I have had the pleasure to meet have been friendly and helpful. I strongly recommend, you won’t be disappointed.
