Bubbly nails. They cut my cuticles to the point I bled. They painted over my nail edge onto my cuticles. My toenail is smudged and instead of offering to fix it, she said you did that, I didn’t do that. But they did a good job on my brows.

I have been going to Regal nails in Walmart at Gresham road, Decatur location from past few years. The owners and the staff are very friendly.
