Critical: ProfessionalismMy 83 year old mom wanted a simple wash and blow dry. Was told someone could do it straight away… 45 mins later we left without any member of staff speaking to us after the first encounter… no wash no blow-dry. Saturday has always been walk-ins but I guess that doesn’t count for older customers. Not happy.

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, ValueTried Ray’s for the first time today. I’m blanking on my stylists name and I wish I remembered. She had a couple newspaper comics at her station one with a guy wanting about $5 worth of a $30 haircut. She did a really great job and gave more care to the haircut than any stylist I have been to before. I would definitely go back.
