Went in for my daughter’s nails to be done. No other customers there. I showed a picture of what my daughter wanted done, said I would pay extra. She said nope, no design. Decided to take that daughter to about place. My youngest had gel polish put on, it looked nice. But after an evening at home. It’s already started to come off. Very frustrating as I spent over 30 for her nails to look nice

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThe past couple times I have gone they were very rude and very aggressive with me hands. I have the same lady every time and she cuts my finger every time and when I pull my hand back because it hurts she yanks my hand back. I asked for a design she didn’t do that good of a job so I asked her to just pain it a solid color and she got all angry at me. I’m not going to pay for something that’s isn’t well done or what I asked for. And I went with my grandma and her nails already look grown out she didn’t do it to the cuticle and my nails they aren’t the same shape or same length. It seems like she was in a rush on my nails and didn’t really care how they turned out. They also charged me for a design when I didn’t even have a design on my nails. I will never go back or recommend people to go here. The past couple times I have gone they were very rude and very aggressive with me hands. Everything was good with color but the older lady cut my skin multiple times and when I was explaining my nails to her she tried to do a different design that I did not want. Also the communication was terrible. She didn’t apologize when she cut my skin multiple times, it felt like they didn’t care

Critical: ProfessionalismCompletely unprofessional. My husband & I went in him for a mini and me for a removal of acrylics and a mani. The gal cut my husband’s cuticles to the point they were bleeding! After removing the acrylic from my nails she said she was done i asked for a manicure. The lady was rude and argued with me about the shape of my nails and she did not remove all the acrylic from them. When I asked her to please make the shape even and not jagged she again started arguing with me. At that point I paid for the service we did receive and left with unfinished nails.Services: Manicure, Acrylic nails, Gel manicures, PedicureCompletely unprofessional. I don’t regularly get my nails done, but I wanted to take my daughter out for a day of fun. We went to Pro Nails because they offer $25 full sets. I told them we wanted two full sets. I asked for a french manicure, and she told me that would be $45, so I said no, just give us a plain color then. I didn’t understand that because I have been to other nail places and gotten a french manicure for $30, but I went ahead. My daughter picked a bottle of polish, and they told her no, and handed her a bunch of nail color samples. We thought that’s how they present the choices, so we settled and selected two. They proceeded to use colored powder to give us a full set. I have never seen this kind of powder, I thought it was something new. They actually cut my cuticle, and I said I was bleeding, and she ignored it. Now for the best part. I went to pay for the both of us, and they said $95! They gave us gel full sets without telling me and advising me of the cost difference. I said I would not pay for something I did not want, and then they got mad and said some very rude and insulting things. They said that if we wouldn’t pay, they would remove them! So they did! I called and talked to their manager, I drove over and showed him the mess that they made. He was very nice and gave my daughter a free manicure and had my nails cleaned up, but I will never go back to that place and I strongly advise that no one else does either. I am so hoping I don’t have an infection from the cut. Beware.

Critical: QualityGot my nails done about 2 weeks ago paid $53 for a full set plus 2 colors. My right pointer finger nail cracked then fell off. The paint came completely off my left pointer finger. I brought my sister-in-law and niece here over the weekend. My niece is 5 and never had her nails done so I thought it’d be a fun experience for her. My SIL has never had a pedicure either. We told them what they wanted and they pushed and pushed and pushed them to get shellac. We said no a bunch of times and finally just gave up. They wouldn’t leave it alone. My nieces nails had paint all over her skin and it didn’t look professional. When it came time to pay, it ended up being 97.00 bucks! The shellac was an extra 50.00 for the both of them. Ridiculous!
