I called to see if they wash and twist locks and to see if they had availability on Saturday. I left o voicemail and was responded to with a text message!!!! Then I was told they had availability. The next day I received the a text that the person was running late. I questioned who the text was from late b/c I thought it was an error and received a response that I missed my appt. I responded that there was confusion b/c my spot was for Saturday not Thursday and I received a screenshot of our initial text convo, saying this doesn’t say anything about Saturday! I responded b/c I left that info on a voicemail and you responded via text!!!! She then 1/2 apologized and said Saturday was fine. Then text me at 4AM Saturday morning asking could I come at 9AM instead! I ask at 9:30 when I saw the text was 11:15 no longer available and they said “No ma’am it’s fine.” WHAT DOES THAT MEAN? I love my hair to much to put it in the hands of unprofessional people that don’t know how to run a hair salon! No thanks!

My son and I came her after 4 p.m. on a Sunday. The barber asked us could we come. Back the next day. I informed him we live in Manhattan. He went ahead and cut my son’s hair. Thanks!!!!
