Seriously some of the greatest customer service I have ever experienced! The staff was so friendly and so polite and helped me feel so comfortable! This was my third or fourth experience with laser hair removal and this is the first time that I have actually seen results. The sales they have are great and I literally never have to pay full price for my laser because they have so many great deals through out the year! They will be at the Columbus Pride selling packages and the deals are unbelievable! I am most definitely going to visit them at Pride!

Very displeased. After 6 laser hair removal treatments (plus 2 previously elsewhere), a majority of the hair didn’t go away or came back already in less than 1 year. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!!! Also, the device that measures the skin fairness was not working, I imagine that they may have set the machine too low so they wouldn’t do damage to the skin which may have impacted the poor results. I spoke to the owner this week and she was not willing to do anything except charge me $95 for an additional treatment which is more than what I originally paid for each session in the package that I bought. Also, as others have mentioned, the office staff typically takes 2-4 days to return calls and it is challenging to reach them on the phone to schedule. Go elsewhere or just burn your money

I was told by Heather that I would receive a refund after I received a rash on my underarms. This was back in January. Never got a refund. They ignore calls. Moved locations. So I spend $600 got a rash was promised a refund. Never received it , No effort were made to rectify the situation. Instead they moved and won’t return my calls. So no refund for my rash and service for the package I paid for. The owner can respond to a google review but cannot return a call. Got a lawyer headed to small claims court. So they won’t give my the treatments and won’t give a refund. Again. Fraud. I have recorded conversations and emails. Save your money. Try ideal laser in Easton.

I had the most horrible experience with this company. I bought a Groupon from them for laser hair removal. They don’t answer their phones, it took 3 weeks to get ahold of someone just to schedule a consultation. There is ZERO signage on the building or the doors to find the place. When I went in for consult they handed me a stack of papers to sign – one of them advising me what NOT to do prior to your first appointment. Would have been nice to have had that prior to my first appointment. They are not flexible or willing to help at all. After confirming on the phone that the area I wanted done qualified for the ‘medium area’ groupon, I purchased the groupon, went in for consult, and they brought me to the back only to tell me that they can not do the procedure on the area I previously discussed with them. HORRIBLE customer service, NOT FLEXIBLE, nor do they have any desire to make the customer happy or leave a good impression. I immediately called Groupon to get refunded and called Grandview Aesthetic Center instead – GAC was great to talk to, they answered the phone on the very first call, and provided great customer service. I would definitely recommend going straight to Grandview Aesthetic Center. Don’t bother with this Polaris place.

I have had an amazing experience! I have had several areas treated and all are doing great! After spending thousands of dollars at Ideal Image in the past, I am impressed with the results for much less! The schedule is great and I never have to wait to get an appointment. The staff are all fantastic and go the extra mile to make the procedure comfortable. I would recommend them to anyone!

Please read the reviews. DO NOT GO Had a rash spoke with owner Heather Gore who told me she would issue a refund. Never received it. They won’t isssue a refund and they won’t try to rectify the issue to continue treatments. So they do not want to give a refund and they do not want to complete the treatments you paid for. So I was scammed out of $600. There website said Refund will be issued if you have any reaction. Well that’s a lie. They will move and never return your call. This place should be shut down

Terrible service and results!! I would never recommend this place. I had laser hair removal on my upper lip and it looks no different than when I started. The office staff are not professional and they never return phone calls even though the voicemail says they will return your phone call within 24 hours. Please don’t waste your money on this business.

Love love love this place! Everyone is pleasant and always smiling! Every time I come in the girls make my day in some way. I was so excited when they moved to the new Dublin location as this is closer to my home. I am midway through my 3rd body area and I love it! I have saved so much time not shaving already!
