I questioned myself about posting these because I do not enjoy bad reviews… but this is what I got when I asked for a balayage my hairs dark brown very long and this was my first time dying it. Virgin hair. I was devastated and sad and the lady kept asking if I liked I told her no multiple times but she let me walk out of there with horrible hair. Best salon ever caili is amazing. I came to her with ruined hair.
