Perspire uses Full-Spectrum Infrared Sauna and color light therapy technology to increase your core temperature, enhance your metabolism, burn 200-400 calories, detox on a cellular level, lower blood pressure, decrease stress and anxiety, relieve muscle and joint pain, and boost your immune system. Each session is 40-minutes in a private room and sauna with towel service and premium entertainment options.
