Kelly is the BEST!!! She’s been cutting and coloring my hair for 17 years and I’ve always had fabulous results plus lots of compliments. Cecilia has been cutting my 15 year old son’s hair since his first haircut. In addition, her rates are quite reasonable and her salon looks fabulous after a major renovation.
