Stay away from Park West Hair. Owner is very unprofessional and straight up rude. Had my color done once with Lori Moose and color was beautiful . Got a retouch done with a different stylist (who was lovely) but the color came out noticeably lighter . The owner was horribly rude stating that the color used was the same as the first time and it was not possible that it was lighter . She was abrasive and argumentative. This salon is very expensive, but clients are treated terrible. I was so upset after dealing with the owner Diane. STAY AWAY

45 dollars for a regular manicure and 75 for a regular pedicure is a total rip off. Wasn’t even gel. They are robbing you blind with those prices for a mani pedi. At least put pricing on the website or when you call. Margaret was great but paying that much is absolutely insane. Pedicure, Manicure

Wonderful salon for wedding hair & make-up! We had the bride, 6 bridesmaids, and 3 other family members get their hair done, and a few of us also did make-up. Sandy was very organized, professional, and accommodating throughout the whole process, making it easy for all of us (and there were a lot of us!) to look fabulous and enjoy the process. Everyone loved their stylists and had a fun time while at the salon. They took very good care of us and I would recommend to any wedding parties (or individuals)! Beautiful and clean location, and they even served us coffee, tea, and water which was appreciated! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you Park West!

Critical: Quality, ValueI’ve tried this salon several times over the last year and everytime I leave disappointed. My first experience there with Gina was an absolute nightmare. She screwed up the color and toning so bad it had to be processed several more times to sort it out. Eventually Diane came out and did her best but it wasn’t right. I went back a few more times and left with my hair looking ok but not great. The color is always a little brassy and my hair is super frizzy after the blow out. I have to leave the salon and go home and flat iron it. I went in last week for a full foil and a trim and was charged over $300! For $300 I shouldn’t have to go home to tone and flat iron my own hair. I definitely won’t be back again. Beware of outrageous pricing. I had a wave + cut + tip that came to $313 ! When I questioned it, I was told that the salon policy is that the stylist is required to go over the pricing ahead of time. I told the manager that this discussion had not happened. After the manager spoke with the stylist again, I was told that I had been told of that price back in October, four months ago. I am sure that had I known it back then, I would have gone elsewhere for my wave. At the time of service I should have been informed that I was not getting the $115 wave (which I was prepared to pay for) but was instead getting the wave at almost double that price.
