This place is so so terrible. i can not stress enough to anybody. DO NOT GO HERE. it’s a waste of so much money and the young girls working here are absolutely outrageous. the attitudes they have are unacceptable and disgusting. If you’re looking for a great place to go i highly recommend Tropic Tan. The issue here is Hannah that girl needs to GO!

I have been a member at Palm Beach for several years now and have met some very nice young ladies. I wanted to complement Savannah and Hannah for an amazing experience. They both took the time to go over all the specials and lotions. They helped me get a membership for my son also. They are the sweetest, most professional team members I have met so far. I would give 10 stars if possible.

Very unhappy with this location. Of my many trips to palm beach tan, this location specifically has some of the least helpful staff I have encountered. Specifically the young girl with dark brunette hair with very bright blonde highlights in the front (i’m not sure her name.) She never has a smile on her face, and when I was interested in buying product, she gave hardly any detail at all about any of the lotions. I also asked which bronzing setting on the bed was the best to use as I did not know the difference between them, and she said any of them, with no explanation as to what they even mean. I specifically went to the Palm Beach Tan location in the next town just to avoid that specific staff member as she makes the experience extremely unpleasant. I have canceled my membership completely as driving to the next town to another Palm Beach Tan is way out of my way, and I refuse to go to this location any longer. Also, the diamond level bed that I use each time has been out of the mist spray for weeks… When I let a staff member know, I was told that it was just broken. It still has not been fixed. When I pay for an expensive membership each month, I expect the beds to be fully working and functional. Needless to say, I will never be back to Palm Beach Tan. Especially this location! Rude, unhelpful, and a waste of money for beds that dont fully work.

When I had a membership the ladies were absolutely awesome. When I canceled it was horrible!!! They still took the $80 out of my account and when I called the manager said it was noted in the computer and it’s not her problem. I asked for her boss and she said they weren’t available. I called the Athens store and they supposedly left a message to call me. Its been almost a week. I can say I’m not the only person this has happened too. Mom is also waiting on a call back from the district manager because they didn’t cancel her membership either. Manager also told my mom the same thing she said to me. Not her problem. There’s no room for rudeness when you work in customer service. I’m really feeling like they’re not gonna give me my money back. So update on my mom and I getting a refund, Didn’t happen and when I asked the “the head honcho “ since we were not going to be refunded could we use that month to tan? It was over 30 days that she called me back, she said no, So bottom line PALM BEACH TAN basically stole almost $200 from us. I don’t know about you but I work hard for my $$. It may not happen to you the first month or even the fifth but it will. Just wait for it…

Literally worst tanning experience ever. My spray tan was so blotchy. The customer service experience was awful- it felt like I was the biggest inconvenience to be there. It reminded me exactly why I stopped tanning at that location. BUT I went to the palm beach in huntsville the next day & let me tell you!! Go there!!! NOT madison location! The girls in the huntsville location were SO helpful & kind. I just wish that location was closer!
