LOVE love love Kinsey at Paisley & Stripe KC. I met her at the Lawrence location and was beyond excited to still have her as my stylist when I moved to Kansas City. After I colored my hair for the first time, Kinsey not only took such great care of my hair, but took the time to explain the process and maintenance afterward while giving me options. I’m a hair stylist and newer to the KC area. It’s been a challenge to find a comparable stylist to the magic colorists I had in Los Angeles. Arden at Paisley + Stripe KC is exactly this. Her color and cut skills are major. Her soul is kind and her energy is calming. I kept my first appointment on what unfortunately happened to be one of the worst days of my life. I’d received terrible news and had been crying all night. She allowed me to just be, speak my thoughts and just exist peacefully. She is so incredibly talented, honored my requests and managed to achieve a color that is honestly pure gorgeousness. The compliments have been continuous. I’ve never had more strangers comment on my hair color prior to this. The cut is super cool, exactly what I wanted and is genuinely requires zero styling on my end. I feel like the ultimate 90’s DreamGirl thanks to this ideal salon experience. +++ The salon itself quite inspiring and located in a super cool neighborhood.
