I made an appointment a couple days in advance. I wanted french tips w/ pink color. Instead, I got solid pink and she rushed through them when the next lady, after my appointment, came in. My nails are sideways and underneath them are still very thick and un-leveled. I feel embarrassed posting these. I know under your nails shouldn’t even matter because no one will see them, but it does bother me. She didn’t fix the underlining.

I paid for a gel manicure and honestly it wasn’t great. The lines of the French tips were not even at all. And now not even a week later they peeled off. This place was chosen for the rating they had but I guess since we walked in they didn’t care as much as they do about regulars. I was on a timeline to have them done before getting married and I wasn’t able to go elsewhere to have them fixed.

This place is great with the exception they only have 2 people working here. I have tried calling a few times to make an appt. (after 10am) and can’t get anyone to answer the phone and no way to leave a message. I have tried walking in a couple times only to be turned away b/c they are too busy. If you go here making an appt. is a must if you don’t want to waste a trip and guarantee getting your nails done. They are good but it’s not worth the hassle.

I called for eyelash extensions and she quoted me a price. They do not do extensions they apply whole lash and waited til I drove there to tell me. Poor customer service skills!

My first visit here. The salon was clean and they stayed open late to finish my nails. Prices are cheaper than most salons in Shelby. Very polite and friendly. Satisfied with my nails.
