As soon as I sat down in the chair, Brandon made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. He has such a wonderful vibe and energy that made me feel so welcomed and made it easy to connect and have a good, fun conversation. He was truly amazing and did an incredible job with my hair. You can tell he loves what he does and is passionate and knowledgeable. He knew exactly what to do and delivered!! I absolutely love my hair cut. I got the keratin treatment. Don’t bother it does not work. I’m Hispanic so I have thick coarse hair. During my consultation I asked her I want my hair manageable will this treatment help. She told me yea so I was excited. $400 later my hair is still a poofy frizz ball. I would like to mention at the end of my treatment they fool u thinking it works because they have to PIN straighten you hair and it looks good and it makes u think it works. 2-3 days later after your allowed to wash it…. It’s all gone. I had keratin before (at a different salon) and it was always a success. I only went to this one cause they said it was more “healthy” version. Unless u have thin ,non coarse hair, go for it. LAST THING they never mention I had to buy their shampoo and conditioner specifically, I was told just to get a keratin shampoo and conditioner. so on top of the $400 add $50. Yea right. terrible experience and when I talk to the manager they just offer a touch up (which didn’t work) . I will say that my stylist was very nice, that specific product/service just doesn’t work.
