Beautiful salon! Many say luxury but Michelle 2 Nails means it. Luxurious salon yet welcoming and friendly to everyone. The staff and owner are very kind, personable, professional, and accommodating. Over been here 3 times already and I am very pleased with my services. Mai did my nails and the owner is very kind! They have a new customer in me and I will tell my friends to go there. Salon just opened and came here for the first time. Place is so clean and refreshing. The people are so welcoming and inviting and took great care of my mom and I. They were very gentle and precise. Today was my first time visiting Michelle Nails and Salon. First of all I have to say how beautiful it is inside, clean, bright and smells amazing . I was greeted upon entering by the owner who is gorgeous and super friendly. She assisted me with checking in and I was immediately brought to the back for my gel pedicure to begin.

I asked my coworkers if there was a nail place near our office. They said go to Michelle’s as she just had a grand opening. I checked the reviews and I specifically read HANNAH was great. I go in and after perfect service and the best pedicure I’ve ever received, I asked this woman’s name and she said HANNAH. Well I’ll be!!! The owner is fabulous.. the techs are marvelous (even the dude techs) and even the children of the staff were well mannered and friendly. The decor was chic and everything matched. It was clean and the techniques used were sanitary. Did I mention HANNAH waxed my eyebrows to perfection??? The best lunch break EVER.

So happy I found this place!!! First of all, the inside is absolutely gorgeous and probably one of the most beautiful salons I’ve seen. The service was 10/10 and I am in love with my nails!! Emma was amazing. I also love the fact they are open until 7:30, I get done work at 6 and most places are closed by then. I will definitely be back!

This was my 2nd time here and Emma was my nail tech. She did an amazing job, they are all even length and straight bc my fingers are slightly curved. It’s clean and beautiful inside the building, and they’re polite and friendly. I’ve been looking for a new salon as my old one was overpriced for mediocre work. I’ve definitely found my new nail home! The salon is clean and beautifully decorated. Pedicure chairs have charging stations & various massage settings. Prices are fair & the quality is the best I’ve had in a long time. Hanna was so friendly, I look forward to my next appointment!

The service was a bit lackluster, I went in for a regular pedicure with my best friend who is also Vietnamese. Was waiting for about 40 minutes until someone finally started to do my feet while my best friend was already close to being completed. But some how my feet were done before hers; my pedicure was definitely rushed. I brought up the note about my BestFriend being Vietnamese because some comments were made about us during our stay at the salon nothing to disrespectful but still they were definitely shocked when she responded at the end of our stay in Vietnamese. But unsure on whether or not I would go back they def need to be a little better on the service they are providing.

Extremely clean, spa like atmosphere. Offered beverage. Staff was professional and friendly. Emma did not do a great job. The gel was lifting off after one week. I went back for a second time and had another tech who did a better job. I told management and they gave me 10% off. I was there this week for a gel manicure and regular pedicure. I did not have any polish on my toes this time to let them breathe for a while. I received a phone the following day saying that I did not pay for my gel pedicure. I told him what I had done and what I paid for. He insisted that I had a gel pedicure and wanted me to pay for something I did not have. That was an insult. I received a text saying he was sorry. Too late. Ask the saying goes, three strikes and your out. I am out of there and will not return.
